Architecture

The waste compactor is equipped with 4 toothed wheels and is widely used in waste centers called sheep's feet or tamper feet
Each tamper-foot cylinder has a large number of frustoconical steel segments on its surface designed to shear the soil by penetration and to easily disengage when rising without tearing the soil. It is very important that the soil to be compacted does not clog the segments, otherwise the roller will be transformed into a smooth cylinder.

Use

The waste compactor is mainly used in landfill or in recycling and sorting center to bury waste, they give good results with a working speed of around 10 to 12 km / h. The sheep's foot cylinders make it possible to reproduce the compaction formerly carried out by herds of sheep before the beginnings of mechanization.
Among the static compactors with tamper feet, we distinguish the: SP1 / Load / cm from 30 to 60 kg SP2 / Load / cm from 60 to 90 kg SP3 / Load / cm ≥ 90 kg
