This 2004 Kleemann MR122 impact crusher, with 10,000 hours of operation, is a mobile, track-mounted unit designed for crushing and recycling professionals. Equipped with a 365 kW (496 hp) Scania DC12 engine, a wide main discharge conveyor, and an overband magnetic separator, it combines material reduction, crushed product discharge, and ferrous metal recovery. Its rated feed capacity is approximately 475 t/h. This maximum figure depends on the material, its preparation, and machine settings; it does not represent a guaranteed production rate. The main conveyor, approximately 1,400 mm wide, provides a wide path for discharging crushed material. This configuration is particularly beneficial for recycling reinforced concrete, as it facilitates the flow of both the material and the rebar liberated during the crushing process. The side pre-screening conveyor allows material separated upstream of the crusher to be discharged independently and stockpiled alongside the unit. Positioned above the main conveyor, the overband magnetic separator extracts ferrous metals from the material stream and discharges them to the side, thereby facilitating metal recovery and the preparation of recycled material.
